Of course! If you have already obtained a planning permit and supporting documents then we're off to a good start. The more information you provide the more accurate of an assessment and costing we can make.

We don’t work on a strict square meter rate but we cater to clients with a range of budgets, from first home buyers and investors all the way to second and third home buyers building their dream homes in Melbourne. Build prices for our custom homes generally start from $200k up to $1m.

Yes, we have agents who can help you source titled and soon-to-be-available blocks in all the leading estates throughout Melbourne's West and North, and Geelong. Our trusted providers include Lendlease, Peet Limited, Satterley, Yourland Developments, Stockland, and Frasers Property.
